Retail Country Manager

• Reporting to the Founder /CEO, you will be responsible for the leadership of the country teams, the expansion and opening of new stores in the country, ensuring their proper functioning with continuous quality control.
• Land and adapt brand standards to the country.
• Supervise and manage the store opening plan in the country.
• Team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with objectives and control of KPIs.
• Control and manage budgets.
• You will act as an ambassador of our brand in the country, ensuring the procedures and standards of the company.
