HR Operations Team Lead
Your responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operational activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks - while continuously simplifying, standardizing, and error‑proofing workflows.
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing HR Operations team by setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives in standardization, automation, and process optimization. Validate benefits and sustain outcome.
- Analyze HR performance metrics and workflow data to proactively address risks, resolve issues, and remove bottlenecks. Review performance with the team and partners; drive corrective actions and root‑cause problem solving.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional cooperation. Remove bottlenecks and scale best practices across regions.
- Ensure full documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulations, act as a contact person for any audits.
Our requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR Operations experience, including 3-4 years in a team lead or supervisory position.
- A proven track record in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean/Kaizen) and operational excellence (SLA/KPI, dashboards).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, inspire others, and foster accountability.
- Experience in shared services environments and familiarity with HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday with exposure to workflow/RPA or automation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in English and solid command of Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint skills articulate ideas and results.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week).
