• Provide first-line support for users via email, phone, and MS Teams.
• Handle service requests and tickets in internal systems.
• Support coordination of operational tasks and incident handling.
• Monitor requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare basic reports (Excel, Power BI).
• Maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Cooperate with international teams.

• Very good English skills (min. B2) – used daily at work.
• Student status or first professional experience.

  Availability to work in a 24/7 (8h) shift-based schedule.
  
  
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Interest in data analysis or business operations. (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft tools.​ (nice to have)
