About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

We are looking for an STP Team Lead. Location: Wrocław | Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role

The

STP Team Leader

is responsible for managing a team and coordinating the Source-to-Pay (STP) workflow. This role oversees accounts payable operations within a designated area, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Team Leader also initiates and implements process improvement projects to enhance operational performance. Coordinate team tasks and assign responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee payables and GR/IR processes
  • Monitor timely payments and manage soft-running procedures
  • Resolve disputes and handle correspondence
  • Support audits, tax reporting, and period-end closings
  • Drive process improvements and maintain documentation
  • Develop supplier relationships and post-purchase invoices
  • Motivate team members and monitor performance
  • Represent the team within the organisation
Key skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing teams
  • English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
  • Proficiency in German will be considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a Business Services Center (BSC) environment
  • Over 5 years of experience in a finance department
  • Knowledge and experience in project management
  • Good working knowledge of SAP ERP (preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing) processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
