We are looking for an OTC Team Lead.
Location: Wrocław | Work Mode: Hybrid
Purpose of the Role:
The OTC Team Lead is responsible for leading cash application activities as the primary focus (~85% of scope) while overseeing a smaller billing subteam (~15%) to ensure end-to-end integrity of the Order-to-Cash process.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality execution of cash application processes
- Oversee billing accuracy and timely invoice issuance
- Lead and coordinate month-end closing activities related to cash application and billing
- Lead Cash Application & Billing Team
- Define workload allocation aligned to business priorities
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across Cash Application (primary) and Billing (supporting) processes
- Regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution, particularly across Cash Application and Billing
Key skills:
- People Management min. 3 years of experience managing a team
- Advanced proficiency with processing in ERPs (SAP)
- VBA & Power Automate (would be an asset)
- SharePoint & Power Automate
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus (especially Hungarian or Romanian).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or similar would be an asset.
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Strong work experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes
- Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organisation
- Project work experience Customer Centric Mindset
- Effective communication and strong cooperation skills
- Process automation related skillset required
