- Supporting HR Operations team in the day-to-day tasks related to employees
- Maintaining employee personnel records
- Updating data in the HR system
- Handling employee enquires
- Supporting the Global ticket system
- Supporting the team in the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Basic knowledge of labor law and education related to HR
- Advanced English - written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure
- Process-oriented approach in performing tasks
