About the role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who has a great mix of technical background and passion for driving successful teams.
As an Engineering Manager at Duco, you will be overseeing and coordinating the work
of the engineering team to ensure the successful enhancement of our platform. You will be responsible for guiding the team in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will be providing mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and aligning engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
