,[Close cooperation with Polish-based teams: lead and manage a team of software engineers and testers, providing guidance, mentoring and coaching. , Ensure best practices in Software Development are maintained. , Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of code and software architecture. , Monitor team performance and set performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback. , Working with Scrum Masters to identify and address any issues or challenges faced by the team and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. , Drive a generative culture of high cooperation where learning is the heart of everything we do , Work closely with the Product Design Team to manage the resources required, to achieve the product roadmaps considering recruitment, training and the acquisition of tools and frameworks in a timely fashion to avoid delays in delivery. , To be an advocate of the Agile development practices employed by the development function. , Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and seek opportunities to apply them to the team’s work. , Promote and develop a culture of continual improvement where Engineering teams are continually striving to be the best. , Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on product progress and issues to manage expectations.
