What we expect

• French at C1 level or above,
• English at least B1/B2 level,
• willingness to work in shifts,
• customer oriented attitude,
• excellent organizational and communication skills,
• good knowledge of MS Office.

Your tasks

• offering and promoting products and services to the clients,
• supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages),
• analysing and solving customer’s’ queries,
• sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.),
• making changes to the system,
• forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
