Oczekujemy

• knowledge of French at the level of min. C1 (proficient),
• knowledge of English or Polish at B2 level (upper-intermediate),
• availability for shift work and weekend work (5-day work week, 8 hours a day till 8 PM or 11 PM),
• availability for stationary work (office is located in the center of Krakow),
• permission for work in Poland - required.

Zadania

• customer support via various channels (e-mail, chat and phone),
• analyzing and solving customer inquiries
• providing administrative and technical information (products, invoices, etc.),
• putting changes to the system,
• daily cooperation with other departments (forwarding cases or calls).
