Team Leader E-Commerce for Foreign Markets

Responsibilities:

• Increasing sales in e-commerce channels in foreign markets (starting with the German market).
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies in digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Building an e-commerce expansion strategy for new foreign markets
• Building and managing a team of e-commerce marketers.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years in e-Commerce, 2 years in team management.
• Knowledge of Google ecosystem: Ads, Analytics (campaigns are managed by an agency, but must be able to verify agency actions to enforce performance).
• Experience: Working with SEM/SEO agencies, handling Meta/TikTok ads, implementing e-Commerce solutions, collaborating with web developers and programmers.
• Skills: Developing advertising campaigns, data analysis (especially google analytics and other marketing analytics tools), team management.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Education: Higher education, preferred majors: Marketing, Management, Business.

Additional advantages:

• Knowledge of the German language.
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding online stores, experience in the German market is welcome.
