We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses a minimum of 2 years experience in the realm of Data Platforms/Data Warehouses and about 1 year of Team Leader/Manager or similar role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a theoretical knowledge or experience in at least one of database systems, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake. Also, the ideal candidate should have experience with Team Management (3-8 people) and demonstrate soft skills like communication or leading team meetings or 1 on 1 with Team Members. A comprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing concepts is essential, while staying abreast of emerging trends such as Data Lakehouse is considered a distinct advantage.

• About 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Coordinator/Manager or similar role
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Platform/Data Warehouse projects
• Experience related to:
  • Database administration (SQL Server or Azure SQL) optimization, taking care of performance, problem solving, knowledge of security
  • Database development (preferably SQL and Azure SQL) - building and designing database solutions (queries, stored procedures)
  • Data platforms development (SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Databricks or Snowflake) including medallion architecture based on lakehouse concept
  • ETL development using ADF, Databricks, SSIS or similar technologies
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Databricks and/or Snowflake and/or Python
• Data Modelling skills
