We are looking for candidates that are interested in extending their skills in the area of accounting as well as people management with daily use of German and English! 

Responsibilities:

Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
Recruitment of team, capacity management and personnel deployment planning
Procurement management, month-end closing preparations and goods receipt posting for departments of the Group and various subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
Within the area of responsibility, ensuring that order documents are checked for formal and guideline-compliant correctness and creating purchase requisitions in SAP (MM module) 
Technical contact person for the relocation of procurement processes to Kraków in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers/departments and project management
Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
Development of a work organisation and establishment of a cooperation model with process management and purchasing department (IPS)
Regular exchange with the respective business partners regarding contract content and procurement topics, including expansion of the service portfolio
Managing the operational area of responsibility based on meaningful key figures and reporting to divisional management
Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)Qualifications:


Requirements:

Education: Degree in economics/finance
Initial management experience (technical and disciplinary), ideally in an accounting function
Several years of professional experience in accounting and experience in the independent management of companies as well as the preparation of methodically sound accounting documents and work instructions
IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), ideally experience in SAP S4H
Languages: Good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken English
Empathy and enthusiasm for working with people, diligence, even with a temporarily high workload
Ability to work independently and responsibly, ability to understand and analyse processes quickly
Communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility

Hybrid model of work - currently 3 days presence at the office and 2 days possibility to work remotely
Flexible working hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
