responsibilities :


  • driving key portfolio activities & ceremonies (Big Room Planning, Strategic Guidance, Prioritization on Epics) to deliver on: Portfolio roadmaps, clear ambition and objectives
  • prioritizing products/programs/OpCos within the portfolio for value and speed, working closely with product and program owners
  • managing inter-dependencies within and across portfolios
  • ensuring progress & facilitating insights into progress via visual reporting, and capture learnings
  • collaborating with finance, scrum masters and program & project managers to assure delivery and adherence to Heineken standards
  • managing within the portfolio a team of (portfolio lead), portfolio consultants on a day-2-day basis
  • driving the Agile transformation of portfolio management by embedding lean & system thinking approaches in close collaboration with the Agile transformation team
  • contributing to & continuously improving the Agile WoW, Portfolio and program management capabilities within the Portfolio and across the organization

requirements-expected :


  • 5 -12 years relevant experience within a large organization
  • demonstrated strong organizational and team skills
  • experience in working within a complex, international organization
  • strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between leaders, teams regarding portfolio management (e.g. demand), prioritization and value realization (customer focus)
  • knowledge and experience in reporting and tooling that fits the Agile way of working
  • succeed in engaging people to foster an open and safe environment to work effectively and efficiently
  • promoted and demonstrated core principles of collaboration, reflection, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an Agile ambassador)
  • good understanding the impact of Digital transformation, Agile, DevOps concepts on IT organization and capabilities
  • positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • hands-on experience with IT Project Management in complex projects and the Agile/Scrum Way of Working
  • excellent command of English language, spoken and writing
