1) Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant

2) Extensive Experience in PA, OM Modules - at least 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations

3) Must have experience with SAP Enhancement package EHP 6.0. Must have migration experience to higher environment.

4) Experience in new personnel area creation, interface troubleshooting.

5) Experience in ABAP-HR would be added advantage.

6) Strong communication (verbal/written) to support face time with client’s senior HR team members/leaders.

This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP HCM processes and methodologies, ensuring the successful execution of data migration plans. This is an individual role and you are sole responsible to execute the delivery E2E along with the customer.t
