The Product Data Analyst position is responsible for exploring Jamf product and business datasets to gather insights and trends. The Product Data Analyst’s role is to translate the data available in different tools to facilitate the decision-making process related to the product roadmap. Their analysis skills and data-driven insights will help us understand the underlying data behind our users and products, power strategic decisions, evaluate success of initiatives, and unlock business opportunities for the company. This person will be accountable for building relationships to align with the other Jamf analysts and prevent siloed data exploration. 

• Minimum of 2 years experience performing product and business data analysis with large datasets, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience using data visualization tools to provide insights to data consumers
• Experience with basic SQL query building
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
• Capable of delivering data while adhering to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude, able to share concise status updates
