developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap
defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-informed product investments
collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product development process, bring new features to the market, and ensure successful product launches
working with our internal Data Team to leverage data and analytics in guiding product decisions and optimizing performance
gathering feedback and insights from customers to verify product alignment with market needs
defining product requirements
monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and make recommendations
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
knowledge of software development, web technologies and web programming
understanding of the usability of online applications
proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, prioritize and manage development projects
excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between development teams and other departments
proven experience working in Agile/Scrum
excellent command of Polish, and communicative English (at least B2)
