For our Client, we are looking for a Procurement Team Leader to support the transition of purchasing activities to a SSC in Poland and oversee daily procurement operations, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders while driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting transition initiatives and related activities
- Coordinating daily team workload and operations
- Ensuring delivery of agreed services in line with goals and KPIs
- Acting as the main escalation point for operational topics
- Driving process improvement and efficiency
- Supporting procurement operations, including ordering and basic sourcing activities
- Ensuring data accuracy and administrative compliance
- Leading small initiatives and working closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Few years of experience in procurement or a related operational role, ideally with exposure to transitions or projects
- Relevant educational background in business, procurement, or similar fields
- Leadership or coordination experience
- Understanding of transactional procurement and supplier cooperation
- Ability to work accurately in IT‑driven processes
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
