We’re looking for candidates who speak fluent English (min. B2+), feel comfortable interacting with clients, and are eager to use the language in their daily work. Previous experience in logistics is not required!

Location: Cracow
Name of the position: Clearance Broker with English
Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from the office possible after a 3‑month on-site training period)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00/8:30 and 16:00/16:30 (8h)
Contract: Employment contract
As a Clearance Broker with English, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining logistics and transport documentation
Entering data into the system and checking its correctness
Providing professional customer service in English
Calculating customs duties and transport fees
The perfect candidate:
Speaks English fluently (min. B2+) and feels confident communicating with clients and team members, including handling calls and everyday conversations
Has excellent communication and analytical skills
Feels comfortable performing calculation‑based tasks, such as calculating averages, duties, and other numerical operations
Wants to develop in an international company
