We are looking for a

to join the logistics and transport operations team of one of our clients in the industrial sector. This position covers several operational areas, and we welcome candidates with different experience levels. The final scope of responsibilities and team assignment will depend on the candidate’s background and strengths.

Dąbrowa Górnicza (Hybrid)

• Order handling and coordination of end‑to‑end order execution.
• Updating data in ERP systems and preparing logistics documentation.
• Daily communication with internal teams and support for customer service.
• Monitoring delivery status and resolving operational issues.
• Using Spanish in daily communication with internal or external stakeholders.

• Transport coordination — planning and executing road transport operations.
• Creating loading instructions, managing load dispositions, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Monitoring transport schedules and proactively resolving delays.
• Selecting transport companies based on contracts, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Handling transport incidents and coordinating corrective actions, including replacement materials.

• Billing verification — overseeing transport billing and validating surcharges.
• Investigating discrepancies (quantities, pricing, missing POs) and resolving disputes.
• Managing logistics cost overruns across all transport modes.
• Ensuring proper handling of non‑standard transport methods.
• Tracking and resolving transport‑related disputes with internal teams and service providers.

• Experience in logistics, transport, dispatching, freight forwarding, or order management.
• Experience in billing or invoice verification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong communication skills.
• Spanish language skills (used in daily tasks).
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
