Depending on your experience and interests, you may join one of several operational areas, including Order Management, Transport Planning, or Logistics Settlements.

• Coordinate customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Cooperate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and prepare required documentation.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Communicate daily in Spanish with internal and external stakeholders.

• Organize and coordinate road transportation activities.
• Create transport plans and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress and react to potential delays.
• Collaborate with carriers and select the most effective transport solutions.
• Handle operational challenges and arrange alternative solutions when needed.

• Verify transport invoices and control logistics-related costs.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to quantities, pricing, and purchase orders.
• Support logistics cost management and reporting activities.
• Coordinate transport claims and dispute resolution processes.
• Cooperate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure process accuracy.

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, dispatching, or order management.
• Fluency in Spanish and confidence in using the language in a professional environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience in invoice verification or logistics settlements would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
