For one of our clients-an international company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector-we are currently looking for an AP Accountant with Spanish. The position is open to candidates with different levels of experience in Accounts Payable. The final scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the Accounts Payable (AP) process
- Verification and posting of supplier invoices
- Daily contact with international suppliers (Spanish-speaking market)
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Supporting monthly closing activities
- Cooperation with other finance and operational teams
Requirements:
- Good command of Spanish (professional working proficiency)
- Experience in AP accounting / finance (various levels accepted)
- Understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
