The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Logistics Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Ordering transport for deliveries of raw materials and shipments of finished products within the EU and preparing reports on transport issues
• Organization of import deliveries and checking documents for import clearance
• Preparing documents for export clearance
• Supporting the Trade Compliance department
• Processing courier shipments
• Contact with the Customs Office and Customs Agency

Your Skills and Expertise 

 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Transportation / Logistic/ Trade compliance

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• MS Excell  
• English – communicative level at least  
• Very good work organization and high personal culture

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowing of ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of customs procedures in international trade,
• Experience in working in a position in the field of logistics
• Skills include: good at identifying problems, strong communication and execution skills, and a sense of responsibility.

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław at least 2 days per week after completing the onboarding process)

Travel: May include up to – 5%

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
