Key Account Manager (HR Services)

Responsibilities:

• active acquisition of new clients in the recruitment industry
• conducting upselling to existing clients
• supervision of the implementation team (recruiters)
• reporting
• eventually - creation of own implementation team (recruiters)

Requirements:

• experience in B2B sales min. 2 years
• result-oriented (we want to sail, not row)
• sales and negotiation skills
• taking full responsibility for your work
• willingness to develop your skills and competencies
• team-oriented attitude

Additional advantages:

• experience in HR industry
• knowledge of IT or TSL industry
• proficiency in English language
