We’re looking for new team members to help support our internal processes here at Accenture, and we want to hear from professionals with a keen demeanour and curiosity about developing their career!
You’ll play a key part in driving accurate process, processes improvements and automatization, developing relationships with key partners and supporting our many employees globally!
responsibilities :
Technical Assistance:
Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems reported by end-users (remotely)
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
Escalate complex problems to higher-level support personnel as needed.
Infrastructure Maintenance:
Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and optimal performance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.
Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
User Support:
Aid end-users with technical inquiries
Learn and follow established procedures for user assistance and issue resolution.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.
requirements-expected :
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.
Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.
Fluent Polish, English – B2 level.
