Facility specialist (Specjalista ds. zarządzania nieruchomościami)

• Maintaining the technical infrastructure of facilities (in accordance with construction law and requirements);
• Implementation of inspection schedules;
• Cooperation with subcontractors and supervision of works;
• Supervision and control of construction works as well as documentation and facility book;
• Management of utilities by analyzing their consumption and costs;
• Implementation of optimization measures to reduce energy consumption and costs;
• Creating investment plans in cooperation with Production Director;
• Searching for subcontractors/suppliers and negotiating contracts with them;
• Keeping legal records, including appropriate reporting to government and local government offices and institutions,
• Collecting and reporting data on environmental measurements;
• Managing of office spaces;
• Administrating of fleet.

This is new role is located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You will join our Maintenance Department and will focus on all issues connected with real estate’s maintenance. You will report directly to Maintenance Manager.

The aim of this position is to maintaining the technical infrastructure of facilities and to ensure uninterrupted and economic utilities consumption in both manufacturing and office buildings. You will also be responsible for building documentations and investment preparation. On the daily basis you will cooperate with service contractors and colleagues from other local functions, especially from manufacturing and environment, health and safety department.
