Responsibilities:

• providing high customer service standards when solving issues and handling tickests
• recommending products and services (after-sales support)
• assisting customers in transactions
• solving any related issues via phone, e-mail and chat

Your profile:

• Proficiency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level)
• excellent communication skills
• customer-oriented mindset
• prevoius experience in travel industry will be a plus
• previous experience in customer service will be a plus - we are also open for candidates taking the first career step
