• Collaborating with Managing Directors and others employees from various departments
• Reporting directly to the Management Committee
• Managing employees from the finance and project administration departments
• Preparation of banking reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP
• Participating in the creation of financial reports and annuals budgets
• Oversight of cash flow, taxes, and management, and providing assistance in the implementation of plans, forecasts, company strategies, and budgets (Capex, Opex, Devex)
• Reviewing financial statements (profit and loss balances, cash flows)
• Providing consolidation reports for shareholders
• Collaborating with stakeholders (banks, financial institutions, auditors, shareholders)
• Conducting financial modeling
• Supervising all financial aspects (taxes, treasury, accounting, reporting, budgeting, financing, etc.)
• Configuring financial systems and reporting procedures in line with company requirements and policies
• Implementing appropriate accounting software
• Administrating bank loans after month-end closing
• Ensuring timely and accurate tax returns with tax authorities
• Managing aircraft costs
• Establishing a compliance system
• Introducing and enforcing appropriate internal controls in all reports
• Representing selected projects alongside other company Directors if necessary
• Coordinating activities related to project financing with all stakeholders
• Providing support in making commercial decisions to maximize financial results

• Higher education in finance
• MBA/Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification
• Experience in financial management
• Experience in similar position within a global company (experience in global project preferred)
• Experience with project financing in Offshore Wind and related reporting requirements
• Knowledge of IFFRS/local GAAP
• Experience in reporting to international shareholders for consolidation purposes
• Native proficiency in Polish, fluent in English
