Requirements:

• Support with achievements in the recruitment or outsourcing industry - min. 10 years
• Excellent knowledge of the HR services industry
• Strong focus on goal achievement
• Knowledge of the latest tools, trends, and solutions in the recruitment industry
• Expert level of sales and negotiation skills
• Leadership potential
• Willingness to work on-site/hybrid in Warsaw (non-negotiable)
• Polish language at a minimum C1 level
• English language at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities:

• Building a profitable recruitment team based on TeamQuest resources
• Selling recruitment services at a level that will allow you to build your Business Unit
• Acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones
• Achieving sales targets
• Daily management of the recruitment team (once it is built)
• Reporting on your own work and that of the team
