We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Specialist. This role is crucial for leading our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team, managing comprehensive UAT plans, and playing a pivotal role in our team’s success.

responsibilities :

Lead and manage the UAT team across multiple projects, ensuring effective execution of UAT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop, implement, and oversee robust UAT plans, including test case creation, execution, and result analysis.
Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of UAT progress.
Establish and maintain strong governance framework to ensure adherence to testing protocols and alignment with project timelines.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Support business in assessing UAT outcomes to aid in the Go/No-Go decision-making process.
Support Model Office Testing to ensure that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date.

Proven experience in leading UAT teams and managing complex UAT plans in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to provide clear and concise reporting to senior management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly desirable.
Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till 6.00-8.00 pm CET
