  • We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to play a key role in our Operational Readiness Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in liaising between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination, readiness assessment, and risk management. You will be pivotal in supporting our vision to integrate business processes seamlessly into the FIS environment.

responsibilities :


  • Stakeholder Coordination: act as the primary liaison between the business unit and the program, ensuring alignment and timely communication
  • Operational Readiness Assessment & Planning: identify gaps (process, procedures, workflows, trainings, employee readiness), develop and manage comprehensive readiness plan to get business unit ready for transition
  • Model Office Testing & Post Implementation Support: validate that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date; oversee smooth transition to BAU after the go-live.
  • Test Strategy & Planning: develop UAT strategy and approach, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and requirements
  • Test Case Development: lead the creation of detailed test cases based on real-world business scenarios and procedures
  • Test Execution & Monitoring: manage the execution of UAT, ensuring that tests are conducted as planned, issues are logged, and results are documented
  • Result Analysis & Reporting: analyze tests results to assess whether business requirements are met, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders to aid in the Go/No-Go decision making process

requirements-expected :


  • Proven experience as an Analyst, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing and/or business process transition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till 6.00-8.00 pm CET.
