Business Controlling Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Controlling Analyst who will join our client – a well-known company based in Poznań.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate marketing investments to enhance efficiency by identifying, measuring, and managing opportunities for savings and growth
- Assess the effectiveness of the product range and provide suggestions for future product portfolio
- Assist in the strategic assessment of business opportunities from a financial perspective
- Aid in the decision-making process by preparing and analyzing pertinent information
- Maintain financial stability through accurate and timely reporting of P&L
- Develop contemporary planning and reporting tools to facilitate processes
- Perform internal audit duties to assess internal process risks and suggest remedial actions.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics/Finance or related.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Business Analytics
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Expertise in Excel
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and Business Intelligence tools, such as MS Power BI
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SAP (FI, CO)
- Experience in big data analytics is seen as an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of hierarchy and various target groups
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional setting
