Duties • Handling customer requests for spare parts from RFQ to order completion, following established processes • Supporting customers with timely and accurate information, ensuring a positive experience • Preparing quotations based on available data and internal guidelines • Creating and processing Purchase Orders in cooperation with the Procurement team • Assisting in the coordination of Return Material Authorization (RMA) cases with Supply Chain • Preparing and verifying documentation required for invoicing • Maintaining accurate data in ERP and CRM systems
Required skills • English and Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level • Experience or background in sales/procurement/supply chain • Category B driving license • Good understanding of industrial components • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel) • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills • Flexibility - while the role is based on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to address urgent operational needs, in line with applicable labor law
