Your responsibilities

• Implement HPNS backups out-of-region setup with solution design, solution instalment and configuration, and data migrations.
• Provide new capability through restore testing in new dedicated environment.

Our requirements

• Proven experience managing projects within the HPE NonStop ecosystem, including hardware refreshes and OS migrations.
• Familiarity with core NonStop components such as Pathway (TS/MP), TMF, OSS, and CLIM connectivity.
• Proven experience managing projects involving database management, data integrity, and/or data migration across regions.
• Rigorous Change Management skills through frameworks such as ADKAR and application-level frameworks like ITIL Change Control to ensure successful changes in IT and Ops while minimizing service disruption.
• High communication and stakeholder management ability, such as translating technical NonStop performance metrics into risk-based reports for executive leadership.
• High English proficiency (e.g., C2-C1 level) and extensive project experience in English-speaking environments.
• Understanding of NonStop-specific security frameworks such as XYPRO or Safeguard.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS/SOX compliance standards.
• General knowledge of DORA frameworks.
