Were actively seeking an Accounting Team Leader for our esteemed client in Warsaw. In this role, youll oversee accounting operations for the US region, making your working hours between 14:00 and 22:00.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the accurate and correct processing of incoming and outgoing payments, as well as reconciling bank accounts and reporting cash flow
• Effectively managing the Accounting Team of 10 FTE (SSC)
• Communicating the company’s goals and objectives into manageable tasks for the team, ensuring full understanding among them
• Optimizing processes, analyzing client complaints, and conducting preventive actions for future reference
• Participating in project rollouts, training, and supporting SSC in implementing new process improvements

Our requirements:

• Have a bachelors degree
• Have preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounting
• Have at least 1 year of experience in team management capacity
• Fluent English
• Availability between 14:00 and 22:00
• Proven ability in people management, and ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members
• Experience in planning, initiating and following through to meet objectives
• Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes
