Personnel training, qualification, and instruction (workplace safety, hazardous substances, etc.)
Coordinate technical problem-solving, including identifying issues and integrating internal or external resources
Optimize work processes, ensure order and cleanliness, and minimize machine downtimes and personnel waiting times
Maintain responsibility for quantity and quality
Collaborate on projects and plant procurement
Cost center responsibility, including cost planning and expense monitoring
Coordinate and participate in changeovers, workplace preparation (e.g., parts supply), including developing specifications and documentation; approve and document workstation setup
Troubleshoot and coordinate rework activities
Manage material and activity postings in IT systems (e.g., production orders in PPS)
Execute maintenance and preventive maintenance activities, including documentation, spare parts coordination, and systematic tool management
Education:
Engineer, technician, or master craftsman in manufacturing or production technology with relevant professional experience
Experience in metalworking, machining, stainless steel
Knowledge of welding, soldering, assembly, etc.
Welding specialist training is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
CAD knowledge is advantageous
Good English or German skills
