Web Designer / Graphic Designer at Certifier 


Were seeking an ambitious Web Designer with a strong UI/UX background to develop our website and sub-pages.

Who Are We Looking For?


As our Web Designer at Certifier, youll be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the UI/UX of the marketing website, directly impacting how potential customers interact with our brand.


You should not only have a great sense of aesthetics but also possess a solid understanding of the technical aspects related to web design. Additionally, you should have a strong grasp of web design principles, usability, and accessibility standards to create intuitive,inclusive and high-performing designs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a tech company. You should be adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing startup.


You’ll take charge of creating user-centric designs that reflect our brand. From conceptualizing initial ideas to implementing final designs, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Marketing lead, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality visuals.

About 80% of your work will be focused on our website - landing pages, new elements, blocks, etc., however, you will also be responsible for creating smaller ad hoc designs such as blog-post covers and YouTube thumbnails.



Key Responsibilities:


Conceptualize visually appealing website layouts and reusable elements.

Use design softwares to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Develop and implement color schemes, typography, and imagery that enhance the visual appeal of the website.

Design and create graphics, icons, and other visual elements as needed.

Ensure visual consistency across all pages and components of the website.

Ensure that websites are fully responsive and accessible across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Use flexible grid layouts, media queries, and other techniques to create adaptive designs.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design implementation.

Continuously update knowledge of web design trends, tools, and technologies.



What Do You Need to Succeed?


You have at least 2 years of experience in designing websites, landing pages, and other designs for B2B SaaS, and other types of tech companies or e-commerce. 

Communicative English - most of the time we use Polish to communicate, but our official communication such as presentations or general updates happens in English.

Highly organized, proactive, and a team player with a knack for solving problems.

Experienced with Figma (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).

Experience working in tech companies with B2B SaaS solutions is advantageous.

Attractive salary of 5,000 - 8,500 PLN net on a B2B contract (or equivalent for UZ/UoD contract) depending on your experience.
