  • The role necessitates expertise in Traded Risk, functioning as a Business Analyst and Developer in the Traded Risk management teams. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements not met by the strategic architecture, developing agile solutions through Rapid Execution initiatives for the Risk 2025 program to reduce End User Computing tools. Business Analysts play a pivotal role in Transformation, handling Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management, collaborating with partners and experts to gather, translate, and clarify requirements. The role holder supports technology delivery partners in translating business requirements and designs into detailed functional requirements, representing the voice of the customer in systems-related projects.

responsibilities :


  • Apply an improvement mindset to discern and define subtle issues, actively participating in collaborative brainstorming sessions for issue resolution.
  • Organize and structure complex or undefined problems, facilitating their effective resolution.
  • Employ systemic thinking and creativity to generate diverse solution options, ensuring clear and meaningful communication of complex information tailored to the audience.
  • Proactively anticipate potential risks to service or performance, managing review processes to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Foster effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in both internal and external delivery partners.
  • Serve as an expert across multiple simultaneous projects or programmes, guiding teams in requirements gathering, design, change, or implementation.
  • Define requirements management processes, developing detailed business solutions based on business requirements while constructively challenging business intent.
  • Identify areas of impact on the target operating model, designing activities to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout design and delivery phases.
  • Support process reengineering, providing detailed guidance on process design considering risk, end-to-end aspects, and cost.
  • Assist program management in assessing the impact of change requests, offering accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes, and scope adjustments.

  • Risk Management Proficiency: Excellent knowledge and track record in Traded Risk, showcasing expertise and practical experience.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in Python and good understanding of Change Frameworks, delivery methodologies, and Agile techniques.

  • Business Analysis Skills: Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
