Amer Sports Global Business Services is seeking an RPA BUSINESS ANALYST who as a member of an RPA and Tools team will have the opportunity to coordinate of implementation of different automation projects and change requests, while also providing support for existing automations. The main goal of this position is to oversee the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from gathering requirements to successful implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
responsibilities :
Identify and analyze processes suitable for automation using RPA and other technologies
Prepare processes for automation by cleaning up and redesigning them
Maximize savings through RPA by redesigning operational activities
Maintain high-quality documentation standards for RPA projects
Provide first-line support for existing automations
Monitor automated processes for successful execution
Coordinate RPA projects locally and within the Group
Support smooth project implementation and troubleshoot issues
Document projects and obtain necessary approvals
Collaborate with subject-matter experts and developers during project delivery
Evaluate business cases for automation
Provide detailed requirements to developers or IT
Ensure cybersecurity compliance of designed solutions
Create and execute test scenarios for quality assurance and error handling
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar
Process mapping and improvement skills
Experience with any kind of process automation projects (using RPA, VBA, SAP Scripting, BPMS, SharePoint, MS Power Platform, etc.)
Basic knowledge or certificates in lean management or Six Sigma
English: min. B2
Residing in Poland
