conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability
ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
ensuring the delivered system and services is consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirements.
driving the technical validation and ensuring the services of the technology vendors meet the business requirements
ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
understanding the Product Owners needs and converting them into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps
shaping global governance frameworks and elevating operating company capabilities
forging relationships globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise
tackling data architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact
planning governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology- the operating model for sustained excellence
zooming out and view the solution as part of the wider D&T architecture to plan ahead in terms of technology and data architecture
