• Supporting systems maintenance and administration by maintaining the static data
• Build Subject Matter Expertise knowledge to compliment Client Service, Alts Product in execution of investment case projects and deliverables
• Assisting in ad hoc projects such as annual attestations, risk reviews, workflow analysis
• Review operational issues with to identify product gaps and follow through on effective problem resolution with the supporting departments
• Participating in analyzing and designing automated solutions to business problems

• Assisting in the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing and implementation
• Propose insightful, knowledgeable, and effective solutions to business, operational and system problems

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (0 - 1 year professional experience)
• Fluent in English
• Core business analytics skills including critical thinking, problem solving and ability to perform thorough root cause analysis
• Communicate professionally, and constructively to effectively address and resolve problems with other sections and departments
• Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment and effectively with virtual teams
• Ability to adapt and work in changing environment and quickly under pressure
• Understanding of fund accounting operations and financial knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and to learn and adapt to new products, technologies and models
• Working knowledge of MS Office
