We are now seeking a Technical Content Writer to join our team. If you want to join a team building an application that is used by half of the Fortune 500, wed love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, technical writing, and a passion for creating clear, concise, and engaging content for the front-end developers community.
You will plan and execute content strategy across our documentation (70% of the time), blog, and social media (30%).
About you
- Passionate content writer with 5+ years of experience in writing technical documentation that includes documenting features available for JS/TS/React.
- Proven track record in creating content for developer audiences, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Experience in translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable content with the help of charts and tables.
- Experience in planning and maintaining the content creation process.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and tone to resonate with specific audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2).
- Familiarity with GIT/HTML/CSS/Markdown and collaborative writing tools (Obsidian or similar).

Your role
- Taking ownership of the docs creation and maintenance process.
- Taking ownership of communicating the new version of products to our customers, partners, and the internal team.
- Planning and executing technical content strategy.
- Writing and proofreading content that drives engagement and educates our audience, including blog posts and social media content.
- Proofreading customer success stories.
- Creating our internal and external newsletters.
- Collaborating closely with outsourced writers to ensure smooth content creation processes and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends and new releases of popular frameworks.
