About the project
This TechLead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist role requires a candidate with a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to stay abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in the field. The ideal candidate should not only meet the minimum technical requirements but also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.

Your responsibilities
- Make key decisions regarding system architecture and engineering processes setup.
- Customize elements of Dynamics 365 modules, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Write plugins and set up automation within the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Develop and support external interfaces connecting Dynamics 365 with other systems.
- Monitor releases of Dynamics 365 and advise on the associated benefits.
- Lead the development team for Dynamics 365 CRM, involving contact with the business and handling both development and administrative tasks.
- Oversee the teams work, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Make informed decisions on system architecture, keeping in mind the business requirements.
- Maintain and optimize the functionality of Dynamics 365 modules through continuous customization and improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the development and administration of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Our requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM/AX.
- Proven track record of successful project implementations and system integrations.
- Previous experience working in an agile environment, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in English and Polish.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Optional
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Hubs: Familiarity or willingness to learn Field Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Project Service Hub, Partner Portal (add-on).
- Integration Skills: Experience with event-driven integrations.
- PowerBI: PowerBI skills for reporting support and setup of data cubes.
- Azure: Ability to support Azure requirements, benefiting other areas of the business.
- WSO2 Authentication: Experience in working with WSO2 authentication.
