Job Description :

- Review technical specifications, architecture, and design documents of Teamcenter PLM system.- Analyze and comprehend customer and internal requirements effectively.- Provide support to business users, addressing incidents and service requests.- Perform installation, monitoring, patching, and routine maintenance tasks on Teamcenter application servers.- Contribute to knowledge sharing and evaluation processes.- Manage enhancement/change requests and propose optimizations.- Develop and execute test protocols ensuring functionality.- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.- Identify and address Priority 1 & 2 problems and recurring incidents.- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve issues.

Profile / Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.- Knowledge of Teamcenter, Jira- Previous end-user support experience.- Strong understanding of ITSM processes.- Proficient English communication skills.
