Responsibilities: - Support Teamcenter installation, deployments, maintenance, upgrades, etc.- Resolve Teamcenter issues related to deployments, access, connectivity, integrations, and scheduling.- Monitor application and servers for errors and resource utilization.- Collaborate with support teams to ensure high availability of Teamcenter.- Troubleshoot application issues and provide proactive response to incidents.- Provide weekend/on-call support for deployments and emergencies.
