What we expect

  • Experience in a similar position in managing teams in the customer service area
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (min. C1)
  • Ability to easily build and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the business
  • High coaching and mentoring skills

  • Ability to interpret data and and solve problems  
  • Availability to work in shifts from: 9:00 - 21:00

Your tasks

  • Motivate and inspire his team to achieve optimal results and be accountable for the performance of his teams  
  • Setting achievable, challenging goals and objectives for the team in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
  • Taking a balanced approach to performance management in terms of productivity, quality, competencies and behaviors  
  • Implementing effective performance management techniques, coaching, developing and supporting team members
  • Foster a “can-do” culture in responding to internal and external customers and clients  
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries and escalation as needed 
  • Strive to deliver high quality results for self and team
  • Effectively using available systems and processes to effectively manage the team    
  • Improve services to ensure efficient use of resources and accuracy of reporting
