Requirements:
⦁ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python, ML Libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn), NLP libraries (e.g., Spacy, NLTK), TensorFlow, Transformer Models, LLMs, Quantized Models, and Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Selenium, Robot Framework)
⦁ Preferred education: A Masters degree in a technical or scientific field of study, preferably with a background from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków
⦁ Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment, independently driving the iterative design and implementation of solutions, and conducting rigorous testing to identify optimal models, techniques, and tools
⦁ Strong teamwork skills, facilitating the seamless integration of ML / AI / Automation modules into broader solutions (e.g., UI, workflows) in collaboration with team members
⦁ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in the US and foster enduring relationships
⦁ Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
⦁ A passion for continuous learning and hands-on experimentation to stay abreast of the rapid advancements in the AI field, with a solid understanding of underlying ML and AI models and algorithms
