Scope of Responsibilities:

• Verify the quality level of components and manufacturing processes during production and incoming inspections.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers regarding the quality of delivered materials.
• Co-develop and continuously improve the supplier quality assurance system in cooperation with the Quality Engineering team.
• Deliver company quality objectives, including supplier quality performance, timeliness and effectiveness of supplier complaint resolution, complaint rates, internal quality metrics, and initiation of continuous improvement actions.
• Provide technical and substantive support to the Quality Inspection team in the area of component inspections.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including quality risk management for new suppliers and components, as well as managing the approval process for new components before series production.
• Drive supplier development initiatives aimed at improving the quality of supplied materials.
• Manage processes related to material evaluation, supplier returns, supplier complaints, and financial settlements linked to returns, additional inspections, and rework activities.
  
  Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• University degree in Quality Management, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of material quality assurance processes, including:
  • Supplier approval and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
  • Practical experience in managing PPAP processes for materials,
  • Incoming material inspection based on sampling rules in accordance with ISO 2859,
  • Strong understanding of complaint management processes, including hands-on use of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and DMAIC.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, along with auditor qualifications for both systems.
