To achieve, improve and optimise QCDP objectives on the project portfolio, accountable for the end-to-end performance
To manage the group of Sub-System Managers, ensure capability and availability of the resources to manage the portfolio
To achieve the organizations strategic goals while minimizing portfolio risk
Effective application of the ALSTOM Project Management methodology and applicable standards into daily work (process owner)
Regularly report to the Site Management team of main issues and risks of the tenders and projects portfolio, supporting the team in reporting projects status to the PMs
To define the medium and long term strategy for the site, especially regarding project and bid managament
To Manage customer and external stakeholders relationship
Control Tenders deliverable and be responsible to commit on Project & Bid function costing for their site scope in the project, including resources allocation during the tender
Wymagania
Min 7 years of experience in leading a project/s and/or bid/s management with high number of stakeholder.
Mandatory business management or Engineering degree / Master degree
PMP, IPMA, Prince 2 certification is an additional advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the product system and industrial concept of train/bogie manufacturing.
Excellent communication and ability to manage multidisciplinary team, partially working in remote way.
Excellent English in writing and speaking.
French or German language is an additional advantage.
