Product Innovation Lead for Wholesale Credit & Lending Sustainability will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative WCL products, including development of ESG products and product features to support clients’ transition requirements.

What you’ll do

• Comprehensive analysis of the process, product performance, problem-solving, gathering requirements, enhancement of WCL product offerings.
• Development of innovative WCL product solutions and lending propositions in line with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Defining ESG product capabilities to support customers’ requirements.
• WCL Product Governance Framework Analysis ensuring compliance with reporting regulations.
• Collaboration with Global Value Stream Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of products including the availability of suitable data, systems, process and governance infrastructure.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Understanding of Credit & Lending domain processes knowledge.
• Strong experience in delivering change.
• Time, risk and dependency management skills.
• Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
• Industry recognized certifications in Business Analysis/Product/Project Management would be an asset.
